Feeling the strain of division in your team, organization, or community? Finding it challenging to engage in dialogue with those who hold diverging views? You’re not alone, and you don’t have to navigate these dynamics solo.
Join us for a hybrid workshop series with a small supportive cohort to find new strategies to deal with conflict – without losing sight of what matters most to you.
We will apply the Polarity Management Framework* to explore the challenge of holding steadfast convictions and staying open to other perspectives. You will have an opportunity to share practical examples, reflections, and questions and receive support to deepen your learning. By the end of the series, you’ll identify new strategies to help cultivate relationships across divides while staying true to your values.
This journey is one of self-reflection and personal growth – focusing on your own insights, not on changing others.
*a method for dealing with complex situations by looking at the whole picture rather than getting stuck in the weeds.
Through this workshop series, you can expect to:
Feel less isolated by connecting with others who are grappling with divisiveness.
Apply a framework to gain greater self-awareness and fresh insights.
Identify new actions to be more intentional when dealing with differences.
Who is this for? Those grappling with polarization and divisiveness within their teams, organizations, or communities. This workshop is ideal for individuals and teams seeking to strengthen their leadership and relational skills. It supports participants to engage more effectively with conflicts and differences.
What is the format? In a nurturing setting, the workshop series starts with a half-day in-person session in a small cohort. This is followed by a series of 90-minute virtual practice labs. This format can be tailored for your context and budget
